Last updated: 5 August 2026
Policy document

This notice is provided in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), which governs the processing of digital personal data in India. Lexivon Advisory Services LLP acts as a "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data you provide through this Website's enquiry form.

1. What personal data we collect

Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any message or details you choose to provide. We do not request sensitive documents (for example, PAN, Aadhaar, or financial statements) through this Website — such documents are only exchanged securely once you formally engage us as a client, through separate, agreed channels.

2. Purpose of processing

We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, provide requested information about our services, and, where you proceed, to begin a client engagement. We do not use your enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

3. Your consent

By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the enquiry form, you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for Lexivon to process the data you have submitted for the stated purpose, as required under Section 6 of the DPDP Act. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing contact@lexivon.in; withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken;
  • Request correction, completion, or updating of your personal data;
  • Request erasure of your personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to any legal retention requirement;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, as described above;
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
  • Register a grievance with Lexivon, and if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

5. How to exercise your rights or raise a grievance

Contact our designated contact point for data protection queries:
Email: contact@lexivon.in
Address: B-545, Mukundpur Phase 1, New Delhi - 110042, Delhi, India

We aim to acknowledge and address requests within a reasonable timeframe as required under applicable law.

6. Data retention and security

We retain your enquiry data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, or as required under applicable statutory obligations, and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

7. Cross-border considerations and data processors

We use the following third-party service providers (“Data Processors”) to operate this Website:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — website hosting, CDN, and the Cloudflare Workers runtime that serves this site and processes enquiry-form submissions. Cloudflare's infrastructure is located outside India.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery. Resend processes and may store enquiry data (including your name, email address, phone number, and message) on infrastructure located outside India.

Lexivon has assessed these processors' data protection practices as part of its DPDP Act obligations and maintains signed data processing agreements with these providers where applicable, consistent with the requirements of Section 8(2) and Section 16 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable government notifications on cross-border data transfers.

8. Relationship to our Privacy Policy

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict regarding DPDP Act obligations specifically, this Notice shall govern.

This notice is intended to reflect the general requirements of the DPDP Act, 2023 as understood at the time of drafting, and must be updated if the DPDP Rules impose additional requirements once notified.
